RECIPE 2: Stuffed tomatoes, mashed potatoes, my special stew. :P

Tomatoes, make sure they are ripe.
Get a spoon and scoop the flesh out, make sure the skin isn't too thin or it will burst. Don't cook the tomatoes yet.

I normally use beef. Stir fry it will lots of garlic and red onions.
Mince garlic and slice the onions and leave them to the shape of onion rings.
I put this western sauce, salt, pepper, minced white button mushrooms and the garlic and onions.
Cool in LOW heat, it takes time but it's worth it. When the meat is done, add some water and wait for the onions to caramelise. To know when it is caramelised, you taste. It should be sweet and not burnt.
Once it's done, stuffed the meat into the tomatoes.
Put a generous amount of mozerella and Parmesan cheese. Or even cheddar.
Cook in over in 120C until the cheese is perfectly melted.

Potatoes.
It has to be soft. I use russet potatoes. Make sure you skin the skin off.

When the potatoes are almost done, make sure you melt PLENTY of butter to your liking.
Get fresh or dried rosemary and fry them in olive oil. Once the potatoes are done, you handmash them. Adding the rosemary and butter to it. Add a splash of milk and add salt and pepper.
To make this delicious, add lots of non salted butter and use salt.
Make sure to cook the rosemary to make it soft.
The stew: (French onion soup)
Suggestion: you can eat it with pasta.

White onions, red onions, slice them, mince them. Amount according to the number of your tasters. Usually 3 white onions and 2 red.
Add 3 cloves of garlic.
Add western sauce.
Water.
Salt
Pepper
A pinch of sugar
Beef bits used as your stuffing in your tomatoes.
Slow cook in low heat.
You know it's ready, when your onions are SWEET.
Nothing more.

You can eat this stew as gravy for rice by adding less water. You can add more western sauce to add more taste.
The one in the picture tastes like beef stew, believe me, it tastes good.

Anyways, enjoy! Hope the recipes are a help! :)
