As you can see, I(my dad) Used for eggs.
- Put the water to a boil
- Once the water is boiling, Use a washed metal needle (sewing needle) and poke on each end of each egg. That means the tip and bottom of the egg and yes, the egg wont spill. Now put them into the water.
- Make sure you put ALL the eggs down into the hot tub at the same time
- Set your timer for 6 minutes. Make sure it's not longer or shorter than that 6 whole minutes.
- Get ready a 2 feet long white string. (The sewing kind that is thin.)
- Once the 6 minutes are up, drain the eggs and put them into ice cold water and just wait until it is cold enough.
- Because of the cold, you can easily break the shell and put the eggs on the plate.
- Use the white string that you prepared earlier and slice through the middle like the picture above.
- Put a few drops of soy sauce on the egg yolks and enjoy! :D
And that is the secret of the hard egg white and warmy, gooey goodness egg yolk of the Ramen eggs!
A/N I personally don't enjoy eating uncooked yellowy goeey eggs but once I tried this, it made me change. :D Don't say you don't like it when you haven't tried it! ;)
