The dug I used, came from a package.
For the dressing of the salad,
- 1 tablespoon of Mayo
- half a flower of garlic and chopped ROUGHLY
- Fry 2 red onions
- save up the oil you used to fry the onions.
- Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
MIX THEM ALL UP.
And dump the veggies!
To prepare the duck:
Put the duck skin side down onto the 1 teaspoon of hot oil. The duck has lots of fats that you won't need to add more oil to crunch up the skin.
Is the meat bouncy? It's done if it's so.
Slice it up about 1cm thickness.
Done!
