This is a cheat way of making the difficult and pain in the ass potato rounds dipped in eggwash and breadcrumbs and through all the frying steps. Don't we all know these fried are as fattening fried oreos? Hear out my method of making the potato rounds into something more less fattening and in the meantime, more delicious.
Ingredients:
Olive oil
2-4 pinches of dried Rosemary (chopped roughly, but make sure they have a texture that can't choke anyone)
Mashed Potato ( See my recipe here :D )
Wheat flour/ Tepung Gandum
Steps:
wet your hands and roll the mashed potatoes.
roll it in the rosemary
and then the flour
2 tablespoons of oil is needed,
turn up the heat to medium and start to fry them. turn them to make the potato crunchy.
