This is my sorry gift, I just made this carrot cake with this wonderful recipe. Enjoy!
Carrot Cake Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- ALL purpose flour- 1 cups
- Olive Oil/vegetable oil- 3/4
- Carrot- 1&1/2 cups
- Raisins, dried berries, or walnuts- 1 cup
- Caster Sugar- 1 & and Half cups
- Sodium carbohydrate- 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon- 1 teaspoon
- Baking Soda- 1 and a half teaspoons
- Mixed Spices - 1 teaspoon
- PREHEAT THE MICROWAVE 170C
- This is the dry ingredients, just mix all them together.
- Flour, Raisins, nuts, sodium carbohydrate, cinnamon, baking soda, mixed spices.
Now the next mixture.
- Add the eggs into a bowl. Using a whisk and whisk them lightly.
- Add the carrots
- Add the oil.
- Whisk them. Don't over whisk, or the cake will be hard.
- Add the sugar.
- Mix the batter with the dry ingredients.
- Put it in the microwave for 40 minutes.
- Once them, let it cool off.
ICING ingredients:
- 250 grams of Cream cheese
- 1 cup of icing sugar
- Lime Juice to make it less strong. <
- Batter them up

- Spread a lot of it on the cake, to make it taste better.
- ENJOY!
