Donish?

I feel awesome as a girl now. So, I was playing rush team, as usual, and this Donish name guy was like 'does anyone speak English here?' And i was like 'Me.'

I have shot him and killed him god knows how many times and every time, he would be like ,'don't think I won't get my revenge on you Tandy.' The funny thing is, he never got his revenge. I shot him anyways every time I got the chance. As the game was going to end, I was gonna ask him if he wanted to play again but sadly, I never got to type the words as the game ended in like 2 seconds ._. Haha

I feel awesome as I'm a girl, and I kicked his butt at a shooting game. My character in that game is a man (an ugly one) and i guess he will NEVER know that a girl has kicked his ass at a shooting game.

RECIPE 14: BACON SANDWICH

Toast the bread.

How I cook my Bacon.

• Put a little amount of olive oil.
• Bacon in the pan. 
• Compress the bacon with the back of yr spatula.
• You know it's perfect when the fats are crumpled and golden brown, a crunchy look. 

Put the bacon on the toasted bread, Mayo & mustard on the bread(little mayo and Mustard)

At least, for those normal loaves of bread...3 SLICES OF BACON ;)

If you guys didn't know this thing about me....

I LOVE THE BEACH.
When I went to Pangkor Island for the field trip, I have used my best friend's sunscreen...WAIT. IT. GETS. FUNNIER. So, we went to play for a whole day at the beach, of course, it was burning hot! The next day, I WAS IN PAIN. My skin was red while my other friends' were perfectly fine. Turns out his sunscreen wasn't water-proof ._.

Uh....another depressed day...Any medicine? Pain Killers?

It all happened when my best friend that I stopped hanging out with him because I missed me other girl friends instead of him... I know, I'm a selfish bitch for just leaving him but I couldn't help it... :( Well, he stopped talking to me and he won't even lend me his jacket anymore :'( which is sad...And I'm freaking jealous of him talking to my friend that used to like him, who knows, maybe she still has a soft spot for him. I DESERVE THE PAIN. Yes, it HURTS. FREAKING HURTS. It's like my previous 'perfect' love relationship getting broken all over again. Why am I so deppressed? I mean, he is a great guy, he deserve happiness that he can never get from me. His birthday is coming up, I want to try to talk to him, get time, but I never have it. 

So to you guys, Don't be a selfish bitch like me. You'll might realise one day that your true happiness will disappear forever. To find out what is your true happiness, you have to try and find it, talk to people that make you smile. Think about the people or person who truly makes your stomach hurt from laughing and cheeks swollen from the smiling.

'So....What do you think of the date?' She giggles awkwardly. She was curious of his answer.
Out of the blue, he asks, 'Can I hug you?' She doesn't hesitate to hug him first. He slowly moves his hands on her back, but instead, she pulls his arms around her. He didn't complain at all. 'Goodnight..' 'Night..' Both of them looked a little down because she had to go up her porch before her curfew, at midnight.

It was 11:59, the girl was lying down on her bed lazily, rethinking about the whole wonderful date just a moment before.
12am, *tap tap
She sits up quickly and looked around her. No one. She looked to her window. 'Must be the wind.'
*tap tap
'Again?' She goes out to her balcony, wrapping her own arms around her from the cold air. She saw pebbles  next to her bare feet. Must be the neighbours' children again...

'Psst! Lia!' She looks down and sees him. She giggles to herself. 'What are you doing?'
He threw something heavy looking at her, but it was too late to dodge. She was hit by it.

It wasn't a stone, or anything heavy. Instead, it was soft and it smelt like...roses. Her hair was messed up by the bouquet and she had blood red petals stuck in her dark curled hair. 'Hey!' She playfully glared at him.
He quickly threw something else at her. With his strong arm, the unknown item fell right into her hands. It was a plastic cup with a string attached to it.

She looked at him weirdly. 'A cup?' He gestured her to silence with his finger to his lips. He held up another cup with the same string attaching the bottom of his cup to hers. He gestured her to bring the cup to her ears as he whispered these few words.

'The date was perfect.'

Sorry it's been a few days since I wrote something. For now, I present to you a small article that I wrote.

Don't you want a penpal? I sure do. They seem cool, they sound cooler. It's something like a relationship, it sounds cool but it turns out sometimes, we just aren't that mature to have a relationship yet.

Back to topic, pen pals, in my opinion are far off different than a relationship. A relationship is almost a commitment. It is fine to have one but not fine to have one if your objective is to use the person to be cool. In other words, Playing with love.

BUT, having a penpal is to spill your emotions out and befriend the person. I never had one, but I AM hoping to have one, a friend, a real friend. I'm not that interested in being a relationship, because, well, I tried it once, it didn't work out and I was far too young then.

Not tired of drama? Even though it was slightly a bit of annoying. Tired of thinking about whether your crush likes you back, what is he doing, what does he think of me. More than JUST a friend or more....or less. WELL STOP THINKING.

Take a step back and relax. I don't mean taking a step back from work or homework. The phrase to me means, relax for a while. Even though you're a book nerd or is known as the most hardworking... take a few minutes of break. Having exams in college? There is NO time to relax. Take 20 minutes of your life to take a break from stress and work. Don't spend them on texting, using your computer or anything that actually takes your attention away from you, makes you addicted.

RECIPE 13: Scallops! :D

 Huge portion and I think I nearly got sick of the freshness of scallops for once xD

Scallops produce a milky juice, like the mussels, but you can actually taste the 'milk'. So when cooking Scallops, use HIGH heat and cook for 2 minutes each side until they are golden brown.

1. Butter in the pan.
2. Mince garlic into the pan.(Or some ginger if you like)
3. Next, scallops, make sure they are evenly placed, so all sides cook evenly.
4. Salt them. (Not too much, since Fresh scallops are naturally SWEET and you want to actually taste the sweetness.) 
5. Squeeze half a lime or lemon juice on them, to decrease the milky taste. 
6. Slice half a lemon or lime on the plate. 
7. My plating isn't that good xD Squueze some more lime on top of the cooked scallops that are plated. 
8. Enjoy!

In Japan, there are some scallops that you can eat raw and it taste devineeeee even though I don't take Sashimi(Raw Food, I think) well. :D

RECIPE 12: Mussels

When I bought the mussels, they had half of the shell off and yes, they are FRESH. Once i opened the plastic wrap, WOW. The aroma! The freshness and sweetness of the smell of the mussels. I thought I could just eat it raw!

Anyway, the picture of the mussels, my younger sister took the picture, well she isn't an ideal photographer like me 3:) xD



Mussels washed and drained under running water. Do not soak them, the fresh mussels will DIE under fresh water.

• Get a pan out.( The number of mussels i bought were 14)
• Olive Oil in the pan.
• Small Heat 
• Pour a cup of Drinking water into the pan.
• Yes it smokes quite a lot, so careful when oil touches the water.
• Mince Garlic, 6 cloves.
• Throw it in the pan.
• Parsley flakes or fresh parsley. Chop them up roughly and throw it into the pan.
• Use a wooden spatula and just move the mussels around.
• Their salty juices would be coming out.
• Medium Heat.
• The water turns chalky.
• Since the juices from the mussels are salty, you don't need to put a lot of salt. Just 2 pinches of salt will do.
• Then, the secret ingredient. Sugar. 1 sprinkle will do and they will never know. BUAHAHAHA 3:) (Feeling devilish today)
• Stir for 5-8 minutes depending on the number of mussels you have. 
• Once 5 minutes are up, Take a shell and drink the 'mussel soup' you made with the mussel. If it's too raw, cook it longer in a slightly lower than medium heat but higher than low heat. 
• Enjoy!

RECIPE 12: Carrot Cake & icing

This is my sorry gift, I just made this carrot cake with this wonderful recipe. Enjoy!

Carrot Cake Ingredients: 

• 2 eggs
• ALL purpose flour- 1 cups
• Olive Oil/vegetable oil- 3/4
• Carrot- 1&1/2 cups
• Raisins, dried berries, or walnuts- 1 cup
• Caster Sugar- 1 & and Half cups
• Sodium carbohydrate- 1 teaspoon
• Cinnamon- 1 teaspoon
• Baking Soda- 1 and a half teaspoons 
• Mixed Spices - 1 teaspoon 

1. PREHEAT THE MICROWAVE 170C
2. This is the dry ingredients, just mix all them together.

• Flour, Raisins, nuts, sodium carbohydrate, cinnamon, baking soda, mixed spices.

Now the next mixture. 

• Add the eggs into a bowl. Using a whisk and whisk them lightly.
• Add the carrots 
• Add the oil.
• Whisk them. Don't over whisk, or the cake will be hard.
• Add the sugar.
• Mix the batter with the dry ingredients.
• Put it in the microwave for 40 minutes.
• Once them, let it cool off.

ICING ingredients:

1. 250 grams of Cream cheese
2. 1 cup of icing sugar
3. Lime Juice to make it less strong. <

• Batter them up 

• Spread a lot of it on the cake, to make it taste better.
• ENJOY!
