What is the sweetest thing to you?

Sweet, as in not candy sweet-sweet but that feeling you get when something good happens to you. Touched? Seen? Smelt? Heard? Or Tasted?

Appetizer ideas

Food ideas that makes great quick appetizers. 

1.Scallops+same sized sliced pineapple

2.stuffed cherry tomatoes with Carmelised onions as stuffing

3. A plate of cool- cucumber as base, sour cream and then add some beef cooked in chilli

4. Pickled onion as base, with sour cream on top with pieces of fried chopped bacon 

5. Prawns like below- egg wash them, and instead of using breadcrumbs, use sesame with some sugar and salt. Fry them on an oil based pan.

6.cold cuts pieces of Hams and meat, served with olive and cheese.

When I'm sick...

I put it on my door.

Hats for Dayz!

 This floral twist hair style is classy, 'fantasizing' and well beautiful. I like it a lot :D But sadly, my hai is too layered and it just comes out from the band.
The headband is my own evil creation! Not using any elastic bands as the base but small wired flowers from Kaison. RM9 for more than 50 small flowers. I'll write a tutorial later, if you want :)

Book Review 11: City of Glass

I couldn't find the 2nd book and so, bought the 3rd book instead.

SPOLIER ALERT: 3:)
Clary's best friend Simon turned into a vampire and somehow died in the second book.
Jace is ACTUALLY an adopted son of Valentine's. So he is NOT related to Clary. PHEW.
Sweet, beautiful and adorable Gay Loveeeeee <3 alec="" and="" nbsp="" p="" the="" wizard="">

In my opinion, I hated Clary's personality throughout the whole book. She is TOO rebellious and very immature.

Rate: 5/10 Because of the relief and adorableness of Alec and his boyfriend.

Book Review 10: The Lovely Bones

Susie Salmon, 14 gets murdered by a neighbour. From heaven, she sees how her family and friends are doing for more about 20 years.

Rate 8/10

Recipe 25: Spaghetti with Eggplant :D

Ingredients:
2 Egg plants, the size of the small plastic bottle.
Mozerella cheese

Parmesan

Dried Oregano

Spaghetti

Canned tomato sauce

1 red onion (minced)

2 cloves of garlic (minced)

Salt/ Pepper

Flour
Eggs

Steps for Pasta Pt 1.

Boil the pasta till a bit stiffer than perfectly cooked. 

Steps for Sauce

1. Oil in the pan and fry the garlic and onions. Then pour the tomato sauce.

Steps for EggPlant

FRY the egg plant in a pot of oil by dipping it into the egg wash and flour..

Until NOT golden brown but a bit lesser than that.

Drain it. 

Steps for Pasta Pt2.

Assemble to PASTA! 

Sauce and pasta combines here with low heat. 

Steps for End:

Pasta at the bottom layer, Any cheese.

Then Egg plants and then cheese on top. 

Bake it until the cheese melts in 200 degrees celcius.

Dessert:

Not something to eat, but to drink.
Blueberry and Strawberry Yoghurt drink.
It isn't healthy to have milk in your smoothie.
Milk comes from cows, while your smoothie veggies and fruits come from trees.
It aint good to mix things from an animal and a tree together. I heard it is bad for your tummy.

Anyways, recipe for this blueberry and strawberry yoghurt:

Base: 1 cup of water

Ingredients:
Blueberries
Strawberries
Drizzle of honey
Yoghurt for taste and thickness. You can adjust it yourself. :)

STEPS:
BLEND IT ALL! :DDDDD
Enjoy it.

Decorating Rooms

SO I am planning to decorate me room! :D FINALLY! D: I swear, my room looks so stuffyyyy.

I did research, saying that if you move your bed from the side of  the wall to the middle of the room, it will give the illusion of a 'bigger' room and we all know, that aint true ;)

I went to Kaison today and well, they were starting to sell Xmas decos! SO COLOURFUL. And well, that gave me the inspiration to well, decorate my room 'For the First Timeeeee, ooooohhhhh.'  (Heard it yet?  It's by the Script. If u haven't, go check it out now or I'll give you a bruce lee kick! 3:) )

 On my first attempt on the first tights... I cut it WAY too high and well Mummie didn't approve :3 xD and the one you see above are my second tights and my second attempt to snip and snap.

BOOK REVIEW 9: The Selection

35 girls are chosen to meet the lovely Prince Maxon and win his heart over! Or the other way around... Prince Maxon has to choose his wife, companion in this selection. However, of course 1 stood out from the other girls- America Singer.


BUT she already has one lover waiting for her back at her home -Aspen. When she stays in the selction, she finds out Sexy Maxon likes her. As if on cue, new guards has come into the castle. One of them is Aspen. Yes, more kissing... Let's just say she kissed both of them in the book, each more than twice. In the end of the book, she still hasn't got the clue who she wants to be with.

I never thought I would enjoy this book, cus well, I ain't a Princess fan but I got to say, This book is awesome! :D Love ya Kiera Cass!

RECEPIE 24: Duck salad

The dug I used, came from a package. 

For the dressing of the salad, 

1. 1 tablespoon of Mayo
2. half a flower of garlic and chopped ROUGHLY
3. Fry 2 red onions
4. save up the oil you used to fry the onions.
5. Parmesan cheese
6. salt and pepper

MIX THEM ALL UP. 

And dump the veggies! 

To prepare the duck:

Put the duck skin side down onto the 1 teaspoon of hot oil. The duck has lots of fats that you won't need to add more oil to crunch up the skin. 

Is the meat bouncy? It's done if it's so. 

Slice it up about 1cm thickness.

Done!

RECIPE 23: How to turn frozen pizza to something more!

The pizza I used is peperoni.

Put it in the oven a bake as listed on the box.

I put extra mozerella on the pizza, as you can see below the egg. 

I fried a medium-rare egg. And placed it on the pizza.

Put it in the oven. 

At the last 10 minutes in the oven, put slices of tomatoes on the pizza. Put it back into the oven.

Once the 10 minutes has ended, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

To eat, Break the Yolk, so the delicious, golden and creamy yolk can bring the icky frozen pizza into something more! 

You can add dried oregano onto the pizza as well! :D

RECIPE 22 : Potato with OYSTER SAUCE

 

It's to easy and I think I can go Straighttttt to the steps. 

1. as you can see, I cut the potatoes to the shapes of chips. 

2. drizzle a bit of oil in a medium heat pan

3. 1 clove of garlic and 1 red onion into the pan as well. bring the aromatics to smell! In a good way, of course. 

4. Potatoes in and put a table spoon of oyster sauce. 

5.you probably don't need much salt in this dish. 

6. Most important step, Enjoy!

RECIPE 21: Watermelon Balls xD

Ideal for Parties because well, it just look so darn cute, delicious, refreshing and FUN. Who doesn't like ballz. If you get what I mean.

 

Slice the top off, (YES KEEP THE HEAD, WE NEED THE HEAD) get a meatball scooper or a tiny ice-cream scoop and SCOOP the watermelon until it is bare like the one above. Do the same to the head of the watermelon. Then, you can put the head back on and viola! PERFECT FOR A PARTY and it will leave people to wonder and fantasize about it ;) ENjOY

RECIPE 20: Lettuce Cups with P'chick

 

2 servings-TWO HUNGRY TEENAGERS

Yeah I call it Lettuce cups and P'chick. 

P=Potato

Chick=Chicken

The chicken I used was leftovers that was roasted with honey marinade.
I pulled the chicken and slice it up to baby bites.
Cube the potatoes.


INGREDIENTS:
2 Potato
3 drumstick Chicken
Honey
Salt -I used 2 kinds of salt
Pepper (Black and White)
Chilli Flakes
Half a flower of garlic
4 red onions

STEPS:

1. Olive Oil into the Pan
2. Aromatics into the pan-Minced Garlic and Minced Onions
3. Until the garlic turns golden, add the potatoes. 
4. When some of the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp-looking, add the sliced chicken. 
5. 2 big circles of cooking honey
6. Salt in the pan. a) Normal coarse salt -2 teaspoons     b)Herb, garlic salt- a teaspoon
7. Black pepper for garnish, white to spice it up.
8. Chilli flakes. (I used 2 packets of Domino chilli flakes)
9. Mix them up
10. Get your lettuce cups and put a teaspoon into one and roll it up and GOBBLE 3:) ENJOY, Sweets!

 

I feel that this is suitable for people like my age. 11-16 It's fun to roll and delicious to eat because of the kick. If you can't take too much spiciness, I recommend taking one packet of the chilli flakes or you won't survive. I live in Malaysia, where our specialities are SPICY curry and spicy this and that. You could say I am used to it. If you have a chance, come to my country for the food! :D Maybe we could even meet up! :D

Movie Review 2- Grown Ups 2

There isn't much of a storyline. However, the kids have grown up.
This movie features 
YEP. TAYLOR LAUTNER AKA HOTTIE :D
Besides that, Grown Ups Movie has never failed to make me laugh. Gotta love Adam Sandler ;)
