
Okay don't mind the photography level. Blame my Iphone.
Anyways, for this, I used 1 egg.
LOW heat.
Half a cm thick of butter slice.
When Bubbles appear from the melting butter, Crack the egg and Put it in the pan. (Don't 'kacau' it, or whisk it)
Then, slowly and gently stir and break down the egg.
It takes about 2 minutes. or Less than that.
Learning from Gordan Ramsay, when the eggs start to become the yellow brown with a bit mushy texture, take it off the stove and stir for a few seconds and put it back on the stove. He did this a few times.
After a golden brown, add salt and pepper. Viola!
