Makeup Review: IN2IT Gel Tint

In shade 01 Peach. Not sponsored.

If you prefer lip products that are long lasting but leaves no trace of its presence, I present you IN2IT's 8 hour wear gel tint that works 'for lip & cheek'. They weren't kidding when they said it was long lasting but come on guys, 8 hour long seems absurd for a lil drug store brand.

So I did the test, I believe it stayed for about 4-5 hours max-still pretty good, considering I am out and eating and drinking a lot during the course of the day. The product dries matte which is great and does not dry out your lips. It is difficult to remove the tint with only water which I guess makes it waterproof?

My biggest concern with the tint is after using it for a prolonged time, the outside of the opening gets a bit messy and it can look disgusting, there is no point in trying to clean it, because I bet you that it will get dirty by the dried up gel tint after the second time you use it after cleaning it.

Overall, it is a cost effective product to have in your makeup purse.

Makeup Review: KATE super sharp spider liner

Picture taken from Google . Not sponsored.

Living in a hot, humid country like Malaysia, waterproof based makeup products are a must, we can't live without it here. From the packaging, it reveals that the eyeliner formula can withstand water, sweat and oil from skin. It can also I quote, high durability and does not smudge easily.

Let me tell you, this product has given me a very good impression, not just from its quite sufficient volume of 0.7 ml but also its easy to hold-ness. It's incredibly light that it's like holding a hollow pencil.

I purchased the liner in brown from Watson in Taipei and brought it back home with me to Malaysia.
Unable to spare another day seeing the liner still in its packaging, I decided to make good use of it today.

The first stroke may not leave as pigmented colour as I thought but after a second stroke, it's all good in the hood. It's brush is so thin, not too long, giving it easier control. I'm a pencil eyeliner type of girl and a huge noob when it comes to liquid eyeliner. This is my first time using liquid eyeliner without having any mistakes, imagine my glee and satisfaction when I made the perfect cat eye. :D

Cleaning it off is a breeze, even if it's waterproof based. Even when cleaning, it doesn't smudge everywhere, which I find pretty nice.

There is one thing though, Kate wasn't kidding when they said sharp. Once you poke it in your eye, it will hurt. A lot.

I believe that Kate also has a 'super sharp liner' excluding 'spider' and it is a bit less pricey. So if you are too a noob like me who wants to try out an alternative brand, might I suggest Kate's waterproof liquid eyeliners. ;)
