Stuff the Whole chicken with Rosemary. Rub the outside of them with a generous amount of that goodie stuff(Rosemary).
I put it in the smoker. Well it takes bout more than 30 minutes. Poke a chopstick in the chicken to see if it has cooked.
The whole chicken is recommended because it turns out very moist and soft. If the smoker lid is too low, slice that Chicken in half like a samurai!
